Bộ Tài chính và Bộ Công Thương cần thường xuyên trao đổi ý kiến với các doanh nghiệp kinh doanh xăng dầu về thời điểm điều chỉnh giá sao cho hợp lý nhất, không để tạo ra tâm lý đối với người tiêu dùng về việc tăng giá xăng dồn dập.
