Nếu mẫu sinh học khách hàng cung cấp không đủ chất lượng, công ty sẽ yêu cầu bổ sung mẫu mà không thu thêm phụ phí, tuy nhiên nếu mẫu bổ sung này vẫn không đủ cho xét nghiệm hoặc cung cấp mẫu sau 3 tháng kể từ ngày thông báo thì những mẫu bổ sung tiếp theo khách hàng sẽ phải trả thêm
Nếu mẫu sinh học bạn cung cấp không đủ chất lượng, chúng tôi sẽ yêu cầu bạn cung cấp lại nhưng không thu thêm khoản phí nào, tuy nhiên nếu lần cung cấp thứ hai không đủ yêu cầu của chúng tôi hoặc thời gian kéo dài hơn 3 tháng kể từ ngày thông báo thì mẫu bổ sung tiếp theo bạn phải trả thêm phí

If customer provides biological sample inadequate quality, the company will request additional samples without additional charge, however if this is still not enough additional samples for testing or provide samples after 3 months from the date of the notice, then the next supplement form customers will pay moreIf biological samples you provided insufficient quality, we will ask you to provide additional fees, however if the second offer not enough of our requirements or time lasts more than 3 months from the date of notification, the next supplement form you incur additional charges
