Trong hội nghị , hội thảo mọi người được trao đổi kinh nghiệm và tri thức, khuyến khích tính chủ động sáng tạo của người lao động. Tính dân chủ trong hội nghị, hội thảo được thể hiện rất rõ. Tất cả các đại biểu đều được tự do ngôn luận , đưa ra những phát biểu, ý kiến xây dựng cuộc họp. Họ có quyền thắc mắc và đề nghị sửa đổi những gì bất hợp lý. Họ lắng nghe và ghi nhận những ý kiến của nhau, tự tìm ra những nôi dung cần thiết, rút ra bài học kinh nghiệm trong bộ máy quản ly, trong tổ chức hoạt động của công ty mình. Tham dự cuộc họp là quyền và nghĩa vụ của mỗi nhân viên, đó là cơ hội để họ được thông suốt những vấn đề mà từ trước tới nay vẫn còn chưa giải quyết được, họ sẽ được tham gia thảo luận cùng với giám đốc.
