THÔNG BÁO PHƯƠNG ÁN XÂY DỰNG NHÀ CỘNG ĐỒNG



Kính gửi: quý cư dân Mega Residence/Mega Ruby.

Nhằm gia tăng tiện ích và nâng cao hơn nữa chất lượng cuộc sống của khu dân cư Mega Residence/Mega Ruby, Công ty Khang Điền dự kiến xây dựng Nhà cộng đồng phục vụ cho khu dân cư Mega Residence/Mega Ruby theo phương án sau:

Mega Residence:

- Mục đích: để cư dân Mega Residence có nơi hội họp, tổ chức các sự kiện, sinh hoạt cộng đồng.

- Vị trí: liền kề siêu thị Zakka Mart.

- Diện tích: 90m2.

- Mẫu thiết kế: như hình đính kèm.

Mega Ruby:

- Mục đích: để cư dân Mega Ruby có nơi hội họp, tổ chức các sự kiện, sinh hoạt cộng đồng.

- Vị trí: khu công viên đường N7 ( sơ đồ vị trí đính kèm ).

- Diện tích: 90m2.

- Mẫu thiết kế: như hình đính kèm.

Mọi ý kiến góp ý khác ( nếu có) xin vui lòng gửi về VP Ban Quản lý Khu dân cư CBRE hoặc địa chỉ email …….. trước ngày 30/10/2016.

Rất mong nhận được sự đồng thuận của quý cư dân để Công ty có thể sớm triển khai xây dựng.
