Trước tiên, chúng tôi xin chân thành cám ơn sự hợp tác, giúp đỡ của quí công ty trong suốt thời gian qua .
Căn cứ vào email công ty Itochu đề nghị công ty Hòang Vĩnh Hà đặt chỉ cho các mã hàng trước đây Itochu nhập chỉ từ Japan. Bắt đầu từ HD 13HV47, bao gồm các mã hàng NISSIN-P1-NBK, ICHIEF, 430-90, 430-40, 436-80, 430-49.
Do giá chỉ của công ty Moririn biến động theo từng thời điểm, vì vậy không tính vào đơn giá CM được, mà tính theo giá mua thực tế trên hóa đơn.
Do sơ suất chúng tôi đã không gửi công nợ tiền chỉ cho quí công ty tại thời điểm đặt chỉ. Nhưng đây là công nợ thực tế Hòang Vĩnh Hà đã bỏ tiền ra để trả trước cho Itochu. Vì vậy số tiền này phải được thanh tóan lại cho Hòang Vĩnh Hà.

+ Năm 2014 : 3,959.45 usd
+ Năm 2015 : 2,880.73 usd
