- Doanh nghiệp báo cáo định kỳ hàng

- Doanh nghiệp báo cáo định kỳ hàng tháng, hàng quý, hàng năm về sở kế hoạch và đầu tư HCMC các biểu mẫu liên quan đến doanh nghiệp được quy đinh tại thông tư số 04/2011/TT-BKHDT ngày 31 tháng 3 năm 2011 của bộ kế hoạch và đầu tư quy định hệ thống biểu mẫu báo cáo thống kê cơ sở áp dụng đối với doanh nghiệp nhà nước, doanh nghiệp và dự án có vốn đầu tư trực tiếp từ nước ngoài.
- Doanh nghiệp phải chấp hành theo quy định thông tư số 04/2006/TT-BTM ngày 6 tháng 4 năm 2006 của bộ thương mại (nay là bộ công thương) hướng dẫn một số nội quy quy định tại nghị đính số 12/2006/ND-CP ngày 23 tháng 1 năm 2006 của chính phủ.
