Trường hợp không tuân thủ lệnh điều độ, Đơn vị phát điện phải thông báo ngay cho Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện và nêu rõ lý do.
3. Duy trì hoạt động của hệ thống điều tốc và kích từ để đảm bảo cung cấp đầy đủ công suất theo yêu cầu trong hợp đồng mua bán điện hoặc thỏa thuận đấu nối.
