Từ ngày 15/09/2016, hệ thống SocialHeat của YouNet Media và Buzzmetrics chính thức trở thành đối tác toàn cầu về tích hợp và phân tích dữ liệu cá nhân của Facebook (còn gọi là Facebook Topic Data) thông qua Datasift (đối tác phân phối uỷ quyền của Facebook). Các dữ liệu người dùng cá nhân bao gồm các bài posts và comments ở cả chế độ public và friends only (đã được nạc danh hoá – anonymized trước khi xử lý). Việc này cho phép các thương hiệu, nghiên cứu thị trường và marketing agencies có cái nhìn chính xác toàn bộ độ phủ, lượng tương tác, chủ đề thảo luận, từ khoá sử dụng nổi bật, hashtag… của chiến dịch hay thương hiệu trên toàn facebook và social media.
