 Thông báo rộng rãi về tiến độ thi

 Thông báo rộng rãi về tiến độ thi công (thông báo trước 2 tuần khi bắt đầu tiến hành xây dựng): thời gian, địa điểm.
 Thi công dứt điểm từng hạng mục, phân đoạn và đảm bảo đúng tiến độ đề ra. Nhà thầu phải chuẩn bị đầy đủ vật liệu và thiết bị máy móc đúng chủng loại, bố trí nhân lực và kinh phí để phục vụ kịp tiến độ thi công.
 Xây dựng lịch cấp nước luân phiên và có phương án thay thế. Nhà thầu phải lập tiến độ thi công tổng thể, tiến độ thi công chi tiết phù hợp với lịch cấp nước và phải được CĐT, chính quyền địa phương chấp thuận.
 CĐT thống nhất chặt chẽ về lịch cấp nước trong quá trình thi công. Lịch cấp nước cho toàn khu vực thi công và kế hoạch cấp nước chi tiết cho mỗi đoạn/ tuyến ống khu vực thi công, phải được thông báo rộng rãi đến người sử dụng nước nhằm đảm bảo cấp đủ lượng nước theo như kế hoạch đã đề ra.
Ưu điểm: Dễ triển khai thực hiện, có tính khả thi.
Nhược điểm: Cần phải xây dựng kế hoạch chi tiết và dự trù nguồn kinh phí để đảm bảo được đúng tiến độ cũng như triển khai các phương án cấp nước thay thế.
Hiệu quả: Giảm thiệt hại về năng suất lao động và hoạt động sinh hoạt của cộng đồng dân cư.

 Executing finishing each item, segment and ensure the schedule set . The Contractor shall prepare adequate materials and machinery right type, staffing and funding to meet in the construction schedule.
 Develop alternate calendar water supply and have alternatives. The Contractor shall prepare the overall progress of construction, detailed construction schedule as often as water supply and must be CDT, local authority approval.
 Investor tightly unified calendar water supply during construction . Calendar of water supply to the whole area of construction and detailed planning of water supply for each segment / pipeline construction sector, have been widely reported to water users to ensure sufficient water volume as planned out.
Pros: Easy to implement, are feasible.
Cons: Need to develop detailed plans and expected sources of funding to ensure timely and implementing water supply options replacement.
Efficiency: Reducing losses in labor productivity and operational activities of the community.
