o Chọn vào phần sử dụng hoặc khóa ( lưu ý : nếu người dùng bị khóa thì không thể đăng nhập vào chương trình)
o Nhấn nút Cập nhật
 Phân quyền sử dụng
o Chọn người sử dụng
o Check chọn trong mục Phân quyền : có tám quyền sử dụng sau
 Bán hàng : cho phép người sử dụng có thể dùng chức năng bán hàng
 Cài đặt : cho phép người sử dụng có thể dùng chức năng cài đặt ( đây là chức năng chính chỉ dùng cho quản lý cấp cao)
 Báo cáo : cho phép người sử dụng xem tất cả các báo
 Quản lý kho : cho phép người sử dụng có thể dùng chức năng quản lý kho ( chức năng dành cho kế toán kho)
 Trả hàng : chỉ những người dùng có quyền này mới thực hiện được chức năng trả hàng
 Hủy hóa đơn : chỉ những người dùng có quyền này mới thực hiện được chức năng hủy hóa đơn (hủy bàn)
 Xóa dữ liệu: chức năng này cho phép xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu theo ngày, tuần, tháng (lưu ý chỉ xóa trong dữ liệu tài chính)
 Tính tiền (chức năng này dùng để in Bill tính tiền cho khách hàng)
