bên A không nghiệm thu đúng thời hạn theo yêu cầu của bên B và theo các quy định của hợp đồng. Số ngày được cộng thêm vào thời gian thi công được thể hiện trong điều 4 của hợp đồng này.
Bên A thanh toán cho bên B chậm so với cam kết trong hợp đồng. Số ngày được cộng thêm vào thời gian thi công được thể hiện trong điều 7 của hợp đồng này

A party does not experience time required by party B and according to the provisions of the contract. The number of days to be added to the construction time is expressed in article 4 of this agreement.Party A party B for the payment delay compared to the commitment in the contract.
