Để cập nhật chính xác dữ liệu hàng

Để cập nhật chính xác dữ liệu hàng ngày nhập vào hệ thống Navision, Anh/ Chị lưu ý:
1. Giờ trên hệ thống Navision đã cập nhật đúng với giờ thực tế. Anh/ Chị theo dõi giờ để cập nhật dữ liệu.
2. Khung giờ nhập dữ liệu: Trong vòng 2h sau khi ca trước hoàn thành.
3. Cập nhật Ca làm việc đúng thực tế: 6g00-14h00 (Shift 1), 14g00-20h00 (Shift 2), 20g00-06h00 (Shift 3)
4. Nhập số liệu thực tế cho Consumption & Output.
5. Thực hiện Transfer Order Nguyên vât lại cho cho kho sau mỗi Ca làm việc (Tương tự như Transfer FG). Kho bố trí user nhận NVL về kho.
Nếu có thay đổi nào thì email giải thích cho Trưởng bộ phận rõ.
