Trường hợp một Bên vi phạm Hợp Đồng

Trường hợp một Bên vi phạm Hợp Đồng (Bên vi phạm) và bị xử phạt như quy định tại Hợp Đồng này thì Bên vi phạm có trách nhiệm thanh toán cho Bên còn lại (Bên bị vi phạm) các khoản phạt, bồi thường thiệt hại tương ứng trong vòng 15 (mười lăm) ngày kể từ ngày nhận được thông báo thanh toán của Bên bị vi phạm. Trường hợp chậm thanh toán, Bên vi phạm phải thanh toán thêm khoản lãi theo mức lãi suất quá hạn ngắn hạn do Ngân hàng TMCP Xuất nhập khẩu Việt Nam – Sở Giao dịch I công bố tại thời điểm đến hạn thanh toán tương ứng với số tiền chậm thanh toán và thời gian chậm thanh toán.
