1. Công ty đóng tiền bảo hiểm xã hộ

1. Công ty đóng tiền bảo hiểm xã hội cho NLĐ 22%, NLĐ đóng 10.5% trên mức lương cấp bậc chức vụ hiện hưởng kể từ ngày ký HĐLĐ.
2. Trợ cấp BHXH và tiền trợ cấp BHXH thực hiện theo quy định của Luật BHXH.
(Khi có nhu cầu trợ cấp BHXH, NLĐ trình yêu cầu lên Công ty theo quy định của BHXH, sau đó Công ty đề nghị lên cơ quan BHXH địa phương giải quyết chi trả kịp thời).
3. Theo quy định của BHYT, Công ty đóng tiền BHYT cho người lao động 3%, NLĐ đóng 1,5% trên mức lương cấp bậc chức vụ hiện hưởng kể từ ngày ký HĐLĐ.
4. Theo quy định của bảo hiểm thất nghiệp, Công ty đóng tiền bảo hiểm thất nghiệp cho NLĐ 1%, NLĐ tự đóng 1% trên mức lương cấp bậc, chức vụ hiện hưởng kể từ ngày ký HĐLĐ.
