FPT là một trong những đơn vị tiên phong tham gia vào các hoạt động của cộng đồng Nhân sự Việt Nam.
FPT là đơn vị đồng hành đầu tiên cùng Ngày hội Nhân sự Việt Nam. Vào năm 2008 lần đầu tiên EDU việt tổ chức Ngày hội Nhân sự Việt Nam trên quy mô toàn quốc tại Hà nội và Hồ Chí Minh. Trong lần đầu tiên tổ chức FPT vừa là đơn vị tài trợ vừa là đơn vị đồng tổ chức.
Trong nội dung hoạt động của Ngày hội nhân sự FPT cử cán bộ lãnh đạo FPT tới chia sẻ trong hội thảo chính cũng như tham gia làm diễn giả trong các Panel về những chủ đề liên quan.
Sự đồng hành của FPT trong Ngày hội nhân sự đã giúp chương trình thành công trong lần tổ chức đầu tiên và tiếp tục ghi dấu ấn trong những lần tổ chức tiếp theo vào các năm 2009- 2013.
