Sự linh nghiệm của chùa Ngọc Hoàng đã được truyền rộng rãi, cho nên mỗi ngày có rất nhiều du khách và Phật tử đến chiêm bái chùa. Ngoài những người đến cầu nguyện, còn có những người đến để tạ ơn, trả lễ khi tâm thành nguyện toại.

Nếu muốn tham gia vào không khí lễ hội, bạn có thể đến chùa vào ngày vía Ngọc Hoàng hàng năm (9 tháng Giêng).
