- Thời gian thu hoạch khoảng giữa tháng 8. Kéo dài khoảng 3- 4 tháng. Cây trồng lâu năm.
- Hệ thống cấp nước: nước từ giếng khoan, cung cấp cho cây bằng hệ thống tưới tiêu tự động. (giếng có thể thấy rõ).
