* CB Kỹ thuật tiến hành kiểm tra các khu vực bơm nước chống úng, các vị trí bơm cưỡng bức nhằm đảm bảo vận hành an toàn & hiệu quả của công tác chống lụt.
* CBNV trực ca của Phòng An ninh & Kỹ thuật tiếp tục kiểm tra các vị trí trong Toàn bộ Tòa nhà (các vị trí vách tường vây, trục kỹ thuật, cửa thông gió luver, các cửa sổ hành lang tầng...) nhằm kịp thời xử lý, tránh gây thiệt hại tới tài sản của Khách thuê & Của Tòa nhà.
* Huy động lực lượng An ninh tại chỗ, yêu cầu chi viện phối hợp, sử dụng bao cát & các biện pháp có thể để xử lý ngăn nước tràn, cách ly sự cố
* Trong trường hợp nước có nguy cơ tràn vào vị trí sảnh thang máy, CB Kỹ thuật phải đảm bảo kịp thời kéo thang lên tầng trên, và ngắt điện vận hành thang nhằm tránh các nguy cơ nước tràn gây hư hỏng thang máy.
* Bộ phận trực Hotline tiếp nhận thông tin, đặc biệt là các trường hợp sự cố trên các tầng, kịp thời thông báo cho Trưởng ca Kỹ thuật/ An ninh để xử lý, ghi nhân biên bản sự việc để làm cơ sở xử lý giải quyết/ yêu cầu Nhà thầu khắc phục… Ghi chép trong Sổ nhật ký để theo dõi việc hoàn thiện.
* Đảm bảo vệ sinh sau khi tan mưa: Bộ phận Kỹ thuật & An ninh kiểm tra các vị trí sự cố, thông báo bộ phận Vệ sinh làm sạch tiến hành thu dọn các chăn ngăn nước chống lụt, gạt vệ sinh các sảnh, và thu gom nước đọng tại các vị trí sàn hầm…
* CBNV Phòng An ninh thu dọn các bao cát ngăn chống lụt.
* CBNV Phòng Kỹ thuật kiểm tra lại các vị trí phòng máy, kiểm tra các vị trí trong Tòa nhà nhằm đảm bảo an toàn vận hành; Kiểm tra & đưa thang máy trở về vị trí bình thường nếu xác định hết nguy cơ tràn nước khu vực sảnh vào hố thang…

5. Phối hợp phòng chống thiên tai bão lụt.
Hàng năm, mùa mưa bão đến từ khoảng tháng 7 đến tháng 11 Dương lịch. Công tác phối hợp, chuẩn bị nhằm tránh & giảm thiểu các thiệt hại ở mức thấp nhất có thể, đảm bảo an toàn cho vận hành Toà nhà là mục tiêu ưu tiên hàng đầu; đòi hỏi sự chỉ đạo của BQL cũng như phối hợp tốt giữa các Phòng Ban vận hành của Toà nhà.
* Thường xuyên theo dõi dự báo tình hình thời tiết trong khu vực và các vùng lân cận, nên kết hợp dự báo thời tiết từ nhiều nguồn khác nhau (trong nước, quốc tế, các kênh truyền hình khác nhau, báo đài,….)
