- Phương pháp e-learning tạo hiệu quả vượt trội hơn hẳn so với một số phương pháp đào tạo truyền thống, bởi theo cách học mới này, học viên có thể học bất kỳ lúc nào, bất cứ ở đâu và có thể chọn nội dung, chương trình học theo sở thích và khả năng tiếp nhận của mình;
- Tuy nhiên e-learning chỉ là phương pháp học tập bổ trợ tốt chứ không thể thay thế hoàn toàn phương pháp học tập truyền thống hiện nay;
