Người bệnh nhận thuốc tại quầy. Khi nhận thuốc, người bệnh kiểm tra, đối chiếu lại đơn thuốc (họ tên người bệnh, năm sinh, tên thuốc, số lượng thuốc đã nhận). Ký tên và ghi rõ họ tên ở phần xác định người bệnh.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Patients receive the medication at the counter. When received, the patient examined, collated prescription again (they named the disease, year of birth, name of drug, amount of medication received). Sign your name and indicate your name in the section identifying the patient.

Patients receiving the drug over the counter. Upon receiving the drug, the patient check, check against prescription (patient name, year of birth, the names, number of medications have received). Sign and full name in the identified patient.
