Thông tin bảo mật bao gồm tất cả các ý tưởng; các kết quả nghiên cứu; các chiến lược và cách thức thực hiện truyền thông, quảng cáo và marketing; các Kế Hoạch Truyền Thông, thông tin nội bộ và các sản phẩm của Bên A; và bất kỳ thông tin, nội dung, hình ảnh nào của Bên A mà Bên B có được trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng này (ngoại trừ các thông tin, nội dung, hình ảnh trong các bài viết đã được Bên A duyệt để quảng cáo). Bên B cam kết không sử dụng và/hoặc bất kì một hình thức tiết lộ nào cho một Bên thứ ba bất kỳ cũng không được phép và đều có thể ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động của Bên A. Bên B có nghĩa vụ bảo mật các thông tin này và không được tiết lộ cho bất kỳ một Bên thứ ba nào khi chưa được Bên A chấp thuận bằng văn bản
