Khi ký kết hợp đồng mua bán thì Bên B phải trả trước cho Bên A một số tiền là 20% giá trị của căn hộ tính theo giá bán được thỏa thuận trong Biên Bản Thống Nhất này và sẽ được công chứng tại một phòng công chứng do hai bên thỏa thuận
