Về trường hợp 5 hộ dân thuộc địa bàn quận Liên Chiểu, dù không nằm trong vệt quy hoạch, nhưng thời gian qua nhà cửa bị ngập nặng do hệ thống thoát nước bị lấp, Chủ tịch UBND thành phố yêu cầu đơn vị thi công phải có biện pháp xử lý tạm thời để giải quyết tình trạng ngập nước; đồng thời, phải hỗ trợ cho mỗi hộ 10 triệu đồng vì trong quá trình thi công làm ảnh hưởng đến việc buôn bán hằng ngày.

Riêng hộ ông Lê Liêm không đồng ý với yêu cầu bố trí thêm một lô đất phụ đường 5,5 mét mà chỉ chuyển đổi đất từ đường 7,5 mét sang đường 10,5 mét thuộc khu dân cư Trung Nghĩa.
