Để đạt được Kết quả trên, trong Quý 2/2016, Tiểu Dự án đã hỗ trợ UBDT phối hợp với Bộ Y tế; Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo và 3 tỉnh thí điểm Dự án PRPP (Cao Bằng, Trà Vinh, Kon Tum) tham vấn xây dựng các Chương trình và Kế hoạch Hành động triển khai QĐ 1557/QĐ-TTg của Bộ, ngành và địa phương.
