Chính phủ có thể (và sẽ) từ chối những cái tên em bé lạ lùng
Theo luật pháp của Đức, giới tính của một người phải được rõ ràng bằng tên. Vì vậy, các văn phòng đăng ký hộ tịch, hoặc Standesamt (sở tư pháp tại Đức), có thể từ chối cái tên mà không tuân thủ.
