Sau khi ký kết Hợp đồng song song và tiếp nhận khảo sát để nhận bàn giao mỏ, chúng tôi cũng đang nỗ lực chuẩn bị nguồn tài chính
để thanh toán mua cổ phần với Quí Công ty
như đã thỏa thuận lần thứ nhất và lần thứ hai.
Vì những lý do bất khả kháng trong triển khai công việc
đã làm cho tiến độ thực hiện thanh toán khoản tiền như thỏa thuận với Quí Công ty bị chậm
so với kế hoạch.

Chúng tôi làm công văn này gửi
đồng Quí Công ty
xem xét tạo điều kiện
cho chúng tôi thêm chút thời gian nữa
để thu xếp công việc bên Việt Nam
để sang Lào thực hiện thanh toán
và nhận bàn giao công việc của mỏ
vào thời gian gần nhất trong tháng 10 năm 2015.

Tuy khâu chuẩn bị tài chính bị chậm trễ so với dự kiến thỏa thuận với đồng Quí Công ty

nhưng chúng tôi cam kết sẽ thực hiện thanh toán đầy đủ như lộ trình đã thỏa thuận và cam kết.

Mong đồng Quí Công ty tạo điều kiện để cả hai phía có thể hoàn thành tốt việc tiếp nhận cổ phần và bàn giao dự án mỏ được thành công.
