3.4 Theo xác định của Bên A, nếu Bên B vẫn không thực hiện đúng trong thời hạn theo yêu cầu của Bên A thì Bên A có quyền áp dụng một hoặc đồng thời các biện pháp sau:
• Phạt vi phạm Hợp đồng với mức phạt 8% giá trị Hợp đồng đối với Bên B;
• Đơn phương chấm dứt Hợp đồng trước thời hạn. Trường hợp này, hai Bên tiến hành nghiệm thu công việc và thanh toán dựa trên công việc đã hoàn thành.;
• Yêu cầu đòi bồi thường thiệt hại phát sinh (nếu có).
