Tiếp đến 20 tên tuổi gồm: 9 thuộc Châu Âu. 1 thuộc Châu Đại dương, 9 thuộc Châu Á, trong đó có 6 thuộc ASEAN. 1 thuộc Châu Phi là Nam Phi lọt vào danh sách này do nhập đá quý, kim loại quý từ Việt Nam, tăng 645% so với năm 2010. Việt Nam XK vào Mỹ bình quân 1,4 tỷ USD/tháng, khiến kim ngach năm 2011 bằng tổng kim ngạch cả nước năm 2002.
Đã có 7 thị trường Mỹ, Thuỵ Sỹ, Cămpuchia, Úc, Anh, Hà Lan, Philippin, Việt Nam xuất siêu. Đứng đầu là Mỹ, Việt Nam xuất siêu hơn 10 tỷ USD, gấp đôi số Việt Nam xuất siêu vào EU. “Chợ” Cămpuchia không lớn nhưng đã xuất siêu đáng kể, bằng những mặt hàng chẳng cao sang gì. Đột suất tháng 7/2011 cả nước xuất siêu 1 tỷ USD.
Nhập khẩu được quản lý, cán cân thương mại hướng tới tích cực.
Với nhiều biện pháp tăng cường kiểm soát để hạn chế nhập khẩu những mặt hàng tiêu dùng chưa cần thiết hoặc trong nước đã sản xuất được, nhiều mặt hàng có khối lượng nhập khẩu giảm so với năm 2010.
