Việc giảng viên tự đánh giá cũng được thực hiện hàng năm trên cơ sở hướng dẫn hoạt động tự đánh giá của giảng viên do ĐHQGHN ban hành (H6.06.10.04). Bộ phận đảm bảo chất lượng của Khoa đã lập kế hoạch triển khai kịp thời, đúng tiến độ để toàn thể giảng viên của Khoa thực thiện công tác tự đánh giá với các tiêu chí đánh giá cụ thể, sát thực (H6.06.08.05). Với tiêu chí khá đầy đủ, cụ thể và bao quát mà ĐHQGHN đã đưa ra, kết quả tổng kết công tác tự đánh giá của giảng viên được diễn ra nghiêm túc và đạt độ chính xác khá cao (H6.06.10.06).
