Được miễn trừ toàn bộ trách nhiệm đối với các tranh chấp khiếu kiện của bên thứ ba đối với hành vi của Bên Mua, có liên quan đến việc ký kết và thực hiện Hợp đồng này cũng như trong quá trình Bên Mua sử dụng và khai thác căn hộ, trừ trường hợp do lỗi của Bên Bán. Nếu các tranh chấp khiếu kiện nêu trên gây thiệt hại cho Bên Bán thì Bên Mua có trách nhiệm bồi thường cho Bên Bán theo quy định của pháp luật, đồng thời Bên Bán có quyền áp dụng Điều 12, Điều 15 của Hợp đồng này để đơn phương chấm dứt Hợp đồng và khấu trừ các khoản phạt do vi phạm Hợp đồng.

Excludes the entire responsibility for the grievance disputes of third parties with respect to the conduct of the buyer, are related to the conclusion and implementation of this contract as well as during harness use and buy-side apartment, unless the fault of Seller. If the above grievance disputes cause damage for the seller, the Buyer is responsible for compensation to the seller in accordance with the law, the Seller has the right to apply article 12, article 15 of this agreement to terminate the contract and to deduct the penalties due to breach of contract.

Exempt the entire responsibility for the disputed claims of third parties against acts of the Purchaser, related to the conclusion and implementation of this Agreement as well as in the use and implementation Buyer falls flat, except for the fault of the Seller. If the complainants dispute causing damage to the Seller, the Buyer shall have to pay compensation to the Seller in accordance with the law, and the Seller shall have the right to apply Article 12, Article 15 of this Agreement to unilaterally terminate the contract and deduct penalty for violating the contract.
