Khi phần khuôn động áp vào phần khuôn tĩnh (Cavity Side) ở mặt phân khuôn (parting line) thì máy đúc sẽ bơm nhựa vào lòng khuôn – ở trên hình ảnh bạn nhìn thấy đó là phần màu đỏ. Tùy thuộc vào độ lớn của sản phẩm, trong khoảng từ 18 đến 60 giây thì nhựa sẽ điền đầy lòng khuôn.
