Trường hợp bên B bất cẩn gây cháy n

Trường hợp bên B bất cẩn gây cháy nổ trong căn hộ, bên B buộc phải bồi thường chi phí hư hỏng, chấm dứt Hợp đồng trước thời hạn thuê và không được hoàn lại tiền cọc.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

In case Party B carelessly causes a fire or explosion in the apartment, Party B is forced to compensate for damage costs, terminate the Contract before the rental term and the deposit will not be refunded.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If the second party accidentally causes a fire in the apartment, the second party must compensate for the cost of the damage, terminate the contract before the lease term, and shall not refund the deposit.

If Party B accidentally catches fire in the apartment, Party B is forced to compensate for the losses, terminate the contract before the lease term, and shall not refund the deposit.
