Yêu cầu bổ sung hồ sơ: theo Công văn số 23018/ATTP- KNe. * Về pháp chế:

- Tên sản phẩm công bố: đề nghị thống nhất trong toàn bộ hồ sơ với nhãn gốc

- Đề nghị cung cấp nhãn gốc tương ứng với các quy cách đóng gói. Nhãn gốc sai lỗi chính tả.

- Đề nghị cung cấp Tiêu chuẩn cơ sở của nhà sản xuất, không phải nhà phân phối.

- Đề nghị bổ sung tài liệu chứng minh nguồn gốc xuất xứ sản phẩm (Chứng nhận nguồn gốc sản phẩm, Hợp đồng mua bán): có thông tin sản phẩm, xuất xứ rõ ràng (vì nhãn gốc chỉ có thông tin về Công ty xuất khẩu).

* Về chỉ tiêu chất lượng an toàn thực phẩm:
- Phiếu kiểm nghiệm: tên mẫu sản phẩm không phù hợp.

Cục An toàn thực phẩm thông báo để Công ty biết và thực hiện./.
