- Được đề xuất và thỏa thuận với chủ đầu tư về định mức xây dựng, đơn giá xây dựng cho các công việc phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng;
- Yêu cầu thanh toán các khoản lãi vay do chậm thanh toán; được bồi thường về những thiệt hại do việc chậm bàn giao mặt bằng và các thiệt hại khác không do lỗi của nhà thầu;
- Các quyền khác theo quy định của hợp đồng và quy định khác của pháp luật có liên quan.
