Trường hợp phát hiện dấu hiệu vi phạm hoặc hàng hóa thuộc đối tượng phải kiểm tra thực tế hàng hóa và lô hàng chưa qua khu vực giám sát hải quan thì áp dụng nghiệp vụ “Tạm dừng đưa hàng qua khu vực giám sát” quy định tại Điều 14 Quy trình ban hành theo Quyết định này. Trường hợp lô hàng đã qua khu vực giám sát, Chi cục Hải quan nơi đăng ký tờ khai chuyển thông tin về đơn vị chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện nhiệm vụ về quản lý rủi ro, điều tra chống buôn lậu, Chi cục Hải quan kiểm tra sau thông quan thuộc Cục Hải quan tỉnh, thành phố để thực hiện các bước nghiệp vụ tiếp theo.
