Giới thiệu
Bộ môn vật lý điện tử được thành lập từ năm 2007, tiền thân là bộ môn điện tử thuộc khoa vật lý. Đến nay, bộ môn vật lý điện tử đang đào tạo khoảng 100 sinh viên năm 3 và năm 4 chuyên ngành. Ngoài ra, bộ môn Vật lý điện tử còn đảm nhận đào tạo trình độ thạc sỹ, tiến sỹ nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu nguồn nhân lực cho xã hội về điện tử và vi điện tử
Sinh viên, học viên tốt nghiệp từ bộ môn có khả năng tiếp cận công nghệ nhanh chóng, đủ năng lực làm việc tại cac công ty hàng đầu trong lĩnh vực điên tử.
