Điều 50. Trách nhiệm của công ty mẹ
1. Trường hợp người được bảo lãnh là công ty thành viên theo hình thức công ty mẹ, công ty con, Công ty mẹ có trách nhiệm:
a) Thực hiện các nghĩa vụ của công ty mẹ theo văn bản cam kết đã phát hành gửi Bộ Tài chính trước khi thẩm định cấp bảo lãnh chính phủ.
b) Hỗ trợ người được bảo lãnh về tài chính để đảm bảo thực hiện dự án đúng tiến độ, thực hiện các nghĩa vụ trả nợ đến hạn với Bên cho vay khi người được bảo lãnh gặp khó khăn.
2. Công ty mẹ có trách nhiệm giám sát và chỉ đạo người được bảo lãnh thực hiện đầy đủ các nghĩa vụ đã cam kết với Bên cho vay và Bộ Tài chính theo các văn bản đã ký kết.
