- Quản lý doanh thu cửa hàng và các dịch vụ khác như Mobivi, Payoo...đang thực hiện tại cửa hàng .
- Theo dõi tình hình đặt hàng từ nhà cung cấp của mỗi cửa hàng đảm bảo hàng hóa đầy đủ phục vụ kinh doanh
- Thường xuyên kiểm tra kho và việc phân công nhân viên sắp xếp theo đúng hướng dẫn , nguyên tắc FIFO của từng cửa hàng .
- Tất cả các quy trình quản lý đặt hàng, nhập hàng đều thông qua hệ thống POSM theo mô hình SAP ,Camera …
- Hổ trợ quản lý liên hệ chặt chẽ với hơn 100 nhà phân phối yêu cầu về hàng hóa như thời gian gian giao hàng , đổi trả hàng ….
- Chịu trách nhiệm nhân sự của 3 cửa hàng .
- Tổng hợp báo cáo doanh số , hàng hóa , tình trạng hoạt động của 3 cửa hàng .
- Huấn luyện cửa hàng trưởng mới và bàn giao cửa hàng .
