Khi xảy ra các trường hợp từ điểm a đến điểm f Điều 11.1.2, Hợp đồng sẽ chính thức chấm dứt sau khi Bên A gửi thông báo chấm dứt hợp đồng trước 07 ngày cho Bên B. Tuy nhiên, trong trường hợp nêu tại điểm (f) , Bên A có thể thông báo chấm dứt hợp đồng với hiệu lực ngay lập tức
