3.3.3. Thu thập thông tin
Thông tin được thu thập thông qua gởi phiếu khảo sát. 268 phiếu khảo sát được phát cho DN FDI tại các khu công nghiệp của tỉnh Đồng Nai. (xem phụ lục 04).
Mỗi phiếu khảo sát tác giả gởi kèm một bản giải thích các khái niệm về tuân thủ thuế và các hành vi không tuân thủ thuế (ngắn gọn) giúp người trả lời hiểu vấn đề một cách đầy đủ và toàn diện hơn. Đồng thời, để tăng độ tin cậy trong kết quả trả lời, các phiếu khảo sát không phải trả lời trực tiếp ngay tại cơ quan thuế mà được gởi về cho những nhà quản trị trong doang nghiệp (như giám đốc, kế toán trưởng...) có thời gian nghiên cứu trả lời và gởi lại.
