Bên mua có trách nhiệm thực hiện thanh toán đúng hạn. Các khoản thanh toán quá hạn chưa được thanh toán sẽ phải chịu mức lãi suất 2%/tháng. Trường hợp Bên mua chậm thanh toán quá 2 tuần kể từ ngày đến hạn thanh toán thì ngoài các quyền khác Bên bán có quyền lấy lại hàng hoá.
