- Bồi dưỡng, nâng cao năng lực, phương pháp giảng dạy, ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin của đội ngũ GV chưa được thực hiện tốt. Khả năng áp dụng công nghệ thông tin, đổi mới phương pháp giảng dạy mới của GV chưa đồng đều. Chưa phát huy tối đa khả năng tư duy, sáng tạo và tự học, tự nghiên cứu của người học.
- Quản lý hoạt động học và tự học tập của SV hạn chế, chưa đánh giá đúng đối tượng tham gia học hình thức ĐTTX, chưa có biện pháp thích hợp khuyến khích, động viên SV tự học, tự nghiên cứu để đạt kết quả cao trong học tập và rèn luyện.

-Fostering capacity building, teaching methods, the application of information technology staff of GV was not performed well. The ability to apply information technologies, new teaching methods innovation of GV is not yet evenly. - Training, capacity building, teaching methods, application of information technology team of teachers has not been done well.
