The Friday (28 of October) I'll go on holidays and I'll come back to the office the 10 of November (thursday). So, try to upload the images of the test before the wednesday. In addition i'm going to assign you some tasks for the time I'm on holiday (I'll correct the tasks when I come back to the office)

Regarding to your question about your personal data, IRPF (ONLY IN SPAIN) it means that only have to fill this data the spanish people and the VAT number is only for companies. In summary: if you aren't spanish you dont have to fill the IRPF data and if you aren't a company you don't have to fill the VAT data.
