It was great to meet you, Miss Duong, Mr Tran and the team last week, and thank you very much for your help to arrange the different visits and meetings. We are certain that we can keep up the momentum and strengthen our collaboration with the authorities for enforcement work.

As discussed briefly last Friday, we would like to further look into the shop "1986 Sport" which was identified during our market visit and selling counterfeit products with very good quality. You may refer to some pictures taken at the shop attached. We noticed that the target was selling a wide range of products (mostly football jerseys and shoes) at the shop and on Facebook as well, and therefore would like to understand how they obtained the products, what would be their sources and if any bigger entity was involved in supplying similar products to other shops in Vietnam. To facilitate further investigations perhaps please withhold taking any action at other shops nearby which were identified to be selling counterfeits as well. Depending on the findings we will then decide the next steps.

Please also note that we would like to identify similar targets in Vietnam selling good quality counterfeits, at their own shops or on the internet as well. Judging from the quality and types of the products, we suspect that some dealers may be importing large quantities of these good quality counterfeits from China and then supply them to local sellers, or even to overseas customers (e.g. in Russia).
