- Trường hợp Bên B nghỉ việc, chấm

- Trường hợp Bên B nghỉ việc, chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn của thỏa thuận này, Bên B không được phép tiết lộ các thông tin về kế hoạch kinh doanh, quy trình công nghệ,….đã được thỏa thuận trong cam kết bảo mật .Trường hợp Bên B vi phạm, Bên A có quyền yêu cầu cơ quan luật pháp can thiệp.
