Người kiểm tra kết quả xác nhận vào "Phiếu liên lạc khắc phục -cải tiến" trong trường hợp việc khắc phục đạt yêu cầu; còn nếu chưa đạt yêu cầu thì phải đề nghị bộ phận xử lý tiếp.
"Phiếu liên lạc khắc phục -cải tiến" phải được chuyển về Ban ISO (hoặc người tiếp nhận yêu cầu) để lưu trữ.
Hồ sơ về hành động khắc phục -cải tiến này cần được đưa ra xem xét lại trong các cuộc họp Công ty, họp bộ phận và họp Các hệ thống quản lý. Mục đích của việc xem xét này là nhằm để cho các bộ phận cùng rút kinh nghiệm hoặc tìm ra hướng giải quyết hiệu quả hơn.
