Thực hiện đề tài này, bản thân tôi mong muốn áp dụng toàn bộ các kiến thức đã tiếp thu từ khóa học của chương trình Master of Business Administration do các Giáo sư hàng đầu của Đại học Longhwa và Đại học thương mại đã truyền giảng để áp dụng vào thực tiễn. Qua đó giúp tôi có thêm kiến thức thực tiễn, đồng thời tạo ra được một báo cáo khoa học hữu ích để công ty VMC có thể tham khảo, áp dụng vào thực tế quá trình quản trị chiến lược kinh doanh.
