Điều 14: Tạm dừng việc thực hiện công việc trong hợp đồng.
14.1 Các bên ký kết có quyền tạm dừng thực hiện công việc trong hợp đồng mà không phải bồi thường trong các trường hợp sau:
a) Xảy ra sự kiện bất khả kháng.
b) Bên A chậm thanh toán quá 10 (mười) ngày kể từ ngày hết hạn thanh toán theo qui định tại hợp đồng này.
c) Bên A chậm phê duyệt Bản vẽ và bàn giao mặt bằng đủ điều kiện thi công.

14.1 The signatories have the right to suspend performance of the contract without compensation in the following cases:
a) There is a force majeure event .
b) Party A late payment exceeding 10 (ten) days from the payment due date stipulated in the contract.
c) Party A slow approval drawings and hand over the construction qualify.
