Liệu tôi có bắt buộc phải mua bảo hiểm sức khỏe do trường cung cấp hay tôi có thể mua ở bên ngoài? Nếu tôi có thể mua bảo hiểm ở bên ngoài thì có phải học phí một năm học của tôi là 3,415$ hay không?
