a) Ngay sau khi biết sự việc người

a) Ngay sau khi biết sự việc người lao động bị chết hoặc bị thương nặng do tai nạn lao động, gia đình nạn nhân hoặc người phát hiện có trách nhiệm khai báo ngay với Ủy ban nhân dân xã, phường, thị trấn (sau đây gọi tắt là Ủy ban nhân dân cấp xã) nơi xảy ra tai nạn lao động;

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

a) soon after the the workers are killed or injured due to accidents, victims or families discoverer is responsible to declare the right to people's communes, wards Committee, (hereinafter referred to as the social people's Committee) where the labour accident;

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

a) Immediately upon learning of the workers were killed or seriously injured due to occupational accidents, families of the victims or the discoverer shall have to immediately declare the People's Committees of communes, wards and townships ( referred to as the commune-level people's Committees) where labor accident;
